At the High Opportunity Voter Project Action Fund, we adapt to meet the moment. To meet urgent ecosystem needs across the state, we’ve rapidly expanded our reach, operational strength, and overall voter goals.

Listening to on-the-ground needs, we expanded our field operations 14 counties. We pivoted from our initial plan of 200 field staff to building a dynamic team of over 225 active staff members. Our team continues to grow every day to ensure deep community engagement.

We have officially raised our voter outreach goal from 550,000 to 600,000 voters.
By expanding our borders, building our team, and raising our sights, we are making sure every high-opportunity voter has the tools, resources, and power to make their voice heard.
